Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

The Department of Archaeology, GNCTD took active participation in the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (August, 2022) by illuminating its five monuments-Bara Lao ka Gumbad, Gol Gumbad, Baradari-Qudsia Garden, Bijri Khan Tomb & Maqbara Paik in tri-colour. Prabhat Pheries were organized under “Har Ghar Tiranga'' Campaign at Baradari-Qudsia Garden and Bara Lao ka Gumbad- Vasant Udhyan on 12th August, 2022 in collaboration with Directorate of Education, GNCTD, Rukmani Devi Jaipuria School and Bird Heritage Foundation. The Department had also hoisted the National Flag on its several monuments.
